Advice for residents of park home sites

Our register of licenced park home sites page shows if a site has a set of rules.

We do not have any enforcement powers for site rules. If you disagree or want to challenge specific rules on your site, see the settling disputes advice on GOV.UK. See the Leasehold Advisory Service for advice on site rules if you’re not sure whether you have a case.

Contact us if you do not think a site complies with its licence conditions.
